 Policies for Captain's Quarters Bed and Breakfast Inn: |

- 10% Senior citizen discount, 60 years and above and cannot be combined with other discounts. (Please request your senior discount on the next page in the request field.)
- 20 % discount for weekly stay and c annot be combined with other discounts.
- We love pets but do not accept them as guests at the Inn. We can recommend kennels that have weekday and Sunday pick-up/delivery policies.
- The inn is a smoke-free environment; smoking is only permitted on the east porch of the inn.
- We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
- Business rate available Monday through Thursday. (Requires proof of corporate affiliation upon check-in.)
- Rates are based upon single or double occupancy.
- Rates are subject to change and do not include sales tax and room tax. (Final check-out page includes all taxes and charges.)
- A Credit Card is required to guarantee a reservation.
- Seven days cancellation notice is required to avoid full charges.
- Weekday groups of 4+ rooms require a 14 day cancellation notice and weekend groups require 30 days notice.
- Check in: after 3 PM. Check out: by 11 AM.
- If you plan to arrive later than 9 PM, please advise.
- We accept: Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover, Tradebank and CTE - IMS
